Description

I like these plants, you can't quite see it in this photo, but the flowers are a deep pastel red-purple, like the last dying embers in a fire. Given the dry, grey-brown landscape 'cause of the drought, they really stand out.

They’re beautiful and rather lively! I’m sure they were a consoling sight in the midst of so much grey-brown (it’s hard to imagine “Middle Earth” looking that dead, tho. ;P). How’re things over there now? Have the rains arrived yet?
