(See what I did there, I continued on from the previous deviation! I'm so cunning!) Nothing like fresh, organic iced apple juice. I drink about three liters a day, just to keep up with production. (It only lasts a day too, then it starts down the road to cider.) Many people say you need pulp in a juice, but not for this kind of apple. (It tastes floury.) You can tell from all the red that there's lots of antioxidants in it and BOY is it delicious.
Everyone should make their own apple juice at least once.
